Propane is colorless, odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic. As a safety measure, ethyl mercaptan (an odorant that smells like sulfur) is added to propane and helps ensure detection in case of leaks.
Propane is a member of the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) family and an approved alternative fuel listed in both the Clean Air Act of 1990 and the National Energy Policy Act of 1992. Stored as a liquid, propane is easily transportable and can provide energy in places natural gas cannot.
Our propane team members are all trained through the National Propane Gas Association Certified Employee training Program (C.E.T.P.) and are committed to safety, dependability, and excellence.
