Customer hereby authorizes Redwood Coast Petroleum to debit the account described above through the electronic funds transfer (EFT) network for settlement purposes for products and services provided. Customer may terminate this Agreement by giving Redwood Coast Petroleum 30 days’ prior written notice. If this EFT Agreement is terminated by Customer, Customer may not again elect to pay by EFT until 90 days from the date of termination. Notice of termination shall in no way affect debit entries initiated prior to the effective date of termination. Redwood Coast Petroleum may terminate the agreement, with or without cause, by giving Customer 30 days’ prior written notice.

Customer agrees to maintain sufficient funds in the above-designated commercial bank account to pay EFT Debit Entries when initiated. Should the Debit Entry be rejected by the Bank/Financial Institution for any reason, Redwood Coast Petroleum reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement and/or require, at Redwood Coast Petroleum’s sole discretion, certified or cashier’s check, money order, or wire transfer for funds rejected and bank charges incurred.
